Now, I think, a nice time to visit Wicklow Harbour is very early morning and, this time, just after sunup, when all is calm and you get to stroll around without the normal hustle and bustle associated with a busy commercial and leisure port. So, just park the car quayside, grab the camera, check out progress on the South Quay restoration works from both sides of the river and , generally, look around you!
Yeah, this is calm - early morning calm.
